摘要

Abstract

Objective:In order to determine the optimal parameters of the vertical sealing between tetra pak material and PE sealing strips,the rules of the change of heat sealing strength under different vertical heat sealing conditions were studied.Methods:through three set of single factor experiments,the initial regularities of the relationship between vertical heat sealing strength and those three factors affected it were determined,and the range of each factor was set up.Then based on the results of the experiments,a response surface experiment was devised.According to the analysis of the result,the law of the change of vertical heat sealing strength under different heat sealing conditions was finally found.Conclusion:the optimal vertical heat sealing condition:the heat sealing time was 0.87s,when the heat sealing temperature was 147.77℃,the heat sealing pressure was 200N,and the vertical heat sealing strength was 19.378N/15mm.
