摘要

Abstract

Potassium-sodium niobate one-dimensional nanomaterials with orthorhombic perovskite structure were grown on the single-crystal SrTiO3 substrates. And oriented potassium-sodium niobate nanorod arrays could be grown on the surface of (100)-SrTiO3 substrates, while one-dimensional nanostructures with multiple orientations were found on both (110) and (111) surface of the substrates. The TEM and XRD results confirm that the nanorods synthesized on (100)-SrTiO3 possess single-crystal orthorhombic structure, and grow along the [110] direction. Furthermore, the piezoresponse force microscopy results show that the piezoelectric constant of a single nanorod along its axial direction is up to 150 pm/V, and the fabricated nanogenerator based on the nanorod arrays can generate the output voltage as high as 10 V.
