Abstract
The CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS) glass-ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction technique. The effects of BaCu(B2O5)(BCB) additives on the microstructure and dielectric properties of CBS glass-ceramics were studied systematically through XRD, SEM and electrical propeties characterization. The results show that the main phase of BCB doped CBS is not changed. Because of the liquid phase sintering mechanism, the sintering temperature of CBS is reduced from 960 ℃ to 875 ℃, and the density is increased. However, the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss are increased slightly. CBS material without BCB additives sintered at 960 ℃ possesses good dielectric properties with the relative permittivity of 6.17 and the dielectric loss of 0.0012(14 GHz). When the sintering temperature is 875 ℃, CBS material with the addition of 4%-6% (mass fraction) BCB shows excellent dielectric properties, the relative permittivity is 6.36-6.39 and the dielectric loss is 0.0014-0.0015(14 GHz).关键词
