Expressions of Notch ligand Jagged1 and Dll4 in preeclampsia placental tissue
目的:探讨Notch信号通路配体Jagged1、Dll4在子痫前期胎盘组织中的表达及意义.方法:选取轻度子痫前期患者30例(轻度组)、重度子痫前期患者30例(重度组)、正常妊娠孕妇30例(对照组),采用免疫组化法检测其胎盘组织中Jagged1、Dll4的定位表达,采用荧光定量PCR技术和Western blot法分别检测胎盘组织中Jagged1、Dll4 mRNA及蛋白的表达.结果:Jagged1主要表达于血管内皮细胞和绒毛滋养层细胞,Dll4主…查看全部>>
