摘要
Abstract
In order to screen and monitor the residue of veterinary drugs and therapeutic drugs in animal processed food,high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) has become the most widely method used in the field in trace detection.The research progress of sample preparation,latest research topics,evaluation of matrix effects,and selection of the mass spectrometer were introduced.At the same time,the development prospects of this application was also discussed.This paper is to provide a reference to related research in the future.关键词
