摘要
Abstract
In this experiment, rats fed with high-fat diet. The effect of resistant starch on the intervening of fat dietinduced metabolic disorders of blood glucose and lipid metabolism was studied.Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups:normal group (Normal group),high fat control group (Control group),Common esterified starch group (NCSA group),waxy starch esterified group (WCSA group),and high amylose starch esterified group (RSA group).Various indexes were collected after 6 weeks.Compared with the normal group, the weight, blood glucose, insulin (INS),lipid levels of model group obese rats during the experiment was significantly higher than the normal group,HDL-C levels were significantly lower than the normal group with significantly (P < 0.05) difference.Compared with the control group,NCSA group,WCSAgroup and RSA group all showedthe reduction of fat weight, blood glucose, insulin (INS),blood lipid diet of rats (HDL-C levels increasing) at varying degrees. The WCSA group showed the strongest activity to slow down the levels of weight gain of rats, lower blood sugar in obese, insulin (INS) and lipid. No significant difference was observed against the normal group (P > 0.05).It was demonstrated that fedding high-fat diet and fed simultaneously esterified waxy starch could effectively reduce the glucose and lipid metabolism disorders of high-fat diet-induced rats.关键词
