薰衣草精油提取工艺的正交优化及其成分的GC/MS测定
Orthogonal optimization of extraction technology of lavender essential oil and its compositionanalyzed by GC/MS
摘要
Abstract
The constant pressure funnel was used to replace the traditional steam vapor distillation in order to prevent fragrant loss in lavender essential oil extraction.orthogonal test was carried out based on the single factor experiment of lavender essential oil extraction.The results showed that the best extracting conditions were:solid to liquid ratio 1 ∶ 6,extracting for 1.5h,soaking lh.The extraction yield was the best under the above conditions.The extracted lavender essential oil were determined by GC / MS.The essential oil has 33 components.The order for the sevenhigher components was:linalool content 54.57%,linalyl acetate 14.38%,terpinen-4-ol,8.96%,lavender acetate 8.94%,isobomeol 6.19%,alpha terpineol 4.31% and Lavender alcohol 2.65%.关键词
