摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the research progress about natural astaxanthin.Astaxanthin,which has varieties of isomers,has lots of biological activity such as antioxidant,anti-aging,etc.The natural astaxanthin has a broad application prospect in food,medicines,feed additives and cosmetics field.Algae and micro-organisms are the main sources of natural astaxanthin currently.Considering factors which restricted the industrial separation and purification,the prospect of natural astaxanthin's development is discussed in this paper.关键词
