摘要

Abstract

Based on the single factor experiments,the response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Baccage sedge using papain.The results of optimum extraction conditions were as follow:enzyme amount 0.3%,enzyme time 1.0 h,pH6.5,temperature of 50 ℃.Under these conditions,the average extraction yield was 28.47%.The optimization of Baccage sedge extraction process technology was reasonable and feasible.
