摘要

Abstract

Use deep eutectic solvents (DESs) as extractive solvents and microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from leaves of Coix.The effects of different deep eutectic solvents,Choline chloride (ChCl) /Glycol ratio,DESs/water ratio and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of total flavonoids from leaves of Coix were investigated by single factor test.Based on the results from single factor test,the extraction technology (temperature,extraction time and power) of Coix leaves was optimized by L9 (33) orthogonal experiment,The optimum extraction parameters of total flavonoids were obtained.The optimal extraction conditions were:the amount of holine chloride/ ethylene glycol with 30% of water was 20 times of coix leaves,the molar ratio was 1 ∶ 3,microwave extraction was at 55℃ with 500W for 15 min.
