微波辅助低共熔溶剂提取薏苡叶总黄酮的工艺研究OACSTPCD
Microwave-assisted deep eutectic solvents extraction of total flavonoids from Coix leaves
采用低共熔溶剂作为提取溶剂,对薏苡叶总黄酮进行微波辅助提取.通过单因素试验研究了低共熔溶剂的体系、组成比例、含水量、料液比对提取效率的影响.在此基础上,选择微波提取工艺参数温度、时间和功率进行L9(33)正交试验,得出了总黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数.微波辅助低共熔溶剂提取总黄酮的最优工艺:20倍药材量的30%含水量的氯化胆碱/乙二醇,摩尔比为1∶3,微波提取温度55℃,功率500W,时间15 min.
