Abstract
Supported catalysts were prepared by impregnation of Keggin type phosphotungstic acid supported on SBA-15,and were characterized through XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,FT-IR and NH3-TPD methods.They were used for synthesis of butyl nipagin,and the process conditions were optimized by L16 (45) orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the basic structure of SBA-15 and PW12 were maintained,and the catalysts had good acid centers.The optimum conditions were as follows:mole ratio of alcohol and acid is 3 ∶ 1,the loading of PW12 is 27%,the amount of catalyst is 3.0%,reaction temperature is 130℃,reaction time is 3.5h,esterification rate could reach 89.04%.The catalysts were reused eight times,with stable performance.关键词
