摘要

Abstract

In order to obtain peptides with anti-tumor activity.The effects of four proteases (Acid protease,Trypsin,Neutrase,Papain) on degree of hydrolysis of Turtle Alkali-soluble Protein were researched.The results showed Neutrase was the optimal hydrolytic enzyme.Anticancer peptide was produced by hydrolyzing turtle alkali-soluble protein with Neutrase,and was purified with gel chromatography.The molecular weight of high active peptides were determined by HPLC.Results showed the Neutrase hydrolysate with high degree of hydrolysis (DH) was reached to 14.47%.The polypeptide that with 184-4 588 u molecular weight has evident inhibited effects on the growth of human lung cancer A549 cells,its IC50 values was 32.26 μg/mL.
