摘要

Abstract

Based on the questionnaire data of agricultural consumption survey of urban households in Beijing,this paper used the descriptive statistics method to systematically analyze the households' cognitive origins and levels of agricultural product safety,and discussed the reasons why consumers concerns from two aspects of industrial chain link and the extent of harm.The results showed that consumers were highly concerned about the safety of agricultural products,and the overall evaluation was passive.The characteristics of agricultural production,consumers' purchasing experience,media exposure,degree of consumer awareness all could affect consumers' concerns about the degree of concerns.Therefore,the government should speed up the construction and improvement of agricultural production safety risk exchange mechanism to ensure the orders and stability of the agricultural market.
