中国牛肉产销环节损耗情况分析
Analysis on Loss of Beef Production and Marketing in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the principle of typicality and representativeness,combined with several major beef producing areas and consumption areas in China,this paper analyzed the loss and edible situation of the circulation of beef industry chain,organized a large-scale field research activities in 2015.The survey covered Beijing city,Chongqing city,Sichuan province,Jilin province,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and Shandong province,including dozens of integrated enterprises,small and medium slaughterhouses,supermarkets and wholesale markets to establish a quantitative relationship between the beef production and effective supply in order to provide reliable data support for the analysis on the supply and demand of beef products in the future.关键词
