非转基因和转基因小麦中氨基酸含量的分析及比较
Determination and Comparison of Amino Acids in Non-transgenic Wheat and Transgenic Wheat
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]A new method for the determination on 17 amino acids in wheat was established by amino acid analyzer (AAA).The contents of the amino acids in the non-transgenic wheat and the transgenic wheat were compared.[Method] The samples were subjected to hydrolysis by the hydrochloric acid solution containing 0.1% thioglycolic acid,and were caTied out by AAA.The external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Result] This hydrolysis pretreatment process could effectively prevent oxidation of sulfur-containing amino acids (methionine and cysteine).The recoveries were 93% ~99%,and the relative standard deviations were no more than 2.4 %.There was no significant difference of the 17 amino acids contents in the non-transgenic wheat and the genetransfer wheat [Conclusion] The method was accurate,and had good repeatability which could meet the requirements for determination of 17 amino acids in wheat.关键词
