乌鲁木齐牛羊肉源沙门氏菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药状况及相关基因分析
Quinolone Resistance Characteristics and Related Gene Analysis of Salmonella in Beef and Mutton Retailed in (U)rümqi

Abstract
Objective:To determine the antibacterial susceptibility to 15 antibiotics and quinolone resistance genes of 30 Salmonella isolates from beef and mutton (U)rümqi,Xinjiang for the purpose of better understanding the development and transmission pathways of antibiotic resistance in Salmonella and hence providing basic information for preventing and controlling Salmonella-related diseases.Methods:The drug sensitivity of Salmonella isolates was evaluated by the agar dilution method.In addition,polymerase chain reaction and gene sequencing were used to detect the quinolone resistancedetermining regions mutations and the plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance genes.Results:The drug resistance rates of 30 Salmonella isolates to trimethoprim,chloramphenicol nalidixic acid,tetracycline,sulfisoxazole,streptomycin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole,amoxicillin/clavulanic,ampicillin were 100%,86.7%,66.7%,60.0%,50.0%,33.3%,26.7%,6.7% and 6.7%,respectively.All the Salmonella isolates were sensitive to ciprofloxacin,ceftriaxone,gentamicin,kanamycin,cefoxitin and amikacin.The number of Salmonella carrying gyrA mutations was 14,and the main type of mutation was Ser83Phe;the number of Salmonella having parC mutations was 25,and the main type of mutation was Thr57Ser.Conclusions:The Salmonella isolates from beef and mutton retailed in Orümqi are resistant to multiple antibiotics.Therefore,we should be seriously concerned about this phenomenon.The antibiotic resistance mutations and the plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance genes may be an important cause of the antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella isolates from beef and mutton in some extend.关键词
