Abstract
Eight strains with high chitosanase activity were screened from the sludge of shrimp pond by transparent circle method using at Chitosan as the sole carbon source.After further screening,a testing strain of TCCC 150018 was selected and its chitosanase activity was 2.48U / mL.By morphological observation and 16SrDNA sequence analysis,the strain TCCC150018 was identified as Bacillus cereus.Based on the results from single factor test,response surface methodology (RSM) combined with central composite design was used to optimize cultivation conditions of Bacillus cereus TCCC150018.The optimal conditions were achieved to be yeast extract powder 16g/L,glucose 11.5g/L,Twain-80 1.2g/L.Under the optimal conditions,the activity of chitosanase was 4.92U/mL.It was 1.98 times increased on chitosanase activity than the control one.The study has a good prospect in industrial production.关键词
