重铬酸钾分光光度法与福林酚比色法测定茶多酚的比较
The comparison on potassium dichromate spectrophotometric method and folin-ciocalteu colorimetric method in determination of tea polyphenols
摘要
Abstract
In this study,the total polyphenols content in four kinds of tea was determined by potassium dichromate spectrophotometric method and folin-ciocalteu colorimetric method (GB/T8313-2008) The influence on determination results was discussed from different extraction reagent,extraction way and detection methods.The results showed that the determination results were different with different extraction reagent,as well as extraction and detection methods.In the same extraction condition,the results were also different with different detection methods.The polyphenols content from folin-ciocalteu colorimetric method was:Xinyang Maojian tea 281.64 mg· g-1,Tieguanyin 209.85mg· g-1,Dahongpao tea 176.38 mg· g-1,Purer tea 108.40mg· g-1;The result with potassium dichromate spectrophotometric method was:Xinyang Maojian tea 266.29 mg· g-1,Tieguanyin 192.96mg· g-1,Dahongpao tea 166.49 mg · g-1,Purer tea 100.60mg · g-1;.The former detecting method was 5.76% t o 8.85%higher than that of the latter one.关键词
