摘要

Abstract

In this study,a simple and rapid colodmetric method was developed for detection of propy] gallate based on the fact that propyl gallate has significant inhibitory effect on Cu2+-Fenton reaction.Under optimal conditions,the method has a good linearity in the range of 5.0 × 10-6 mol/L ~ 8.0 × 10-5 mol/L,the correlation coefficient R=0.9983,with a 1.5 × 10-6mol/L detection limit at the 3 σ level,average recovery rate between 98.6 % ~ 102.7 and relative standard deviation at 4.0%.The results showed that the method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate and good in selectivity.
