摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the uncertainty of Cd and Cu content in ginseng detected by ICP-MS,amathematical model of Cd and Cu content detecting in ginseng was established.The uncertainties of factors in mathematical model were analyzed and calculated.The results showed that Urelsam-Cd (C) was the main source of Ucd (X) for Cd content,and urel-recsam-Cu (C) was the main source of Ucu (X) for Cu content in Ginseng.According to JJF1059-2012,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended.The expanded uncertainty of Cd was 0.0346mg/kg for,and 0.94mg/kfor Cu (k=2) at 95% confidence probability.The method provides references for the uncertainty evaluation of Cd and Cu in ginseng by ICP-MS.关键词
