高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中β-胡萝卜素的不确定度评定
Uncertainty Evaluation on Determination of β-carotene in Vegetables by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
A mathematical model was established for determining β-carotene in vegetables by HPLC and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated.The expand uncertainties of β-carotene were 0.684 mg/100g (k =2,P =95%,for carrot) and 0.444 mg/100g (k =2,P =95%,for spinach),respectively.The uncertainty from sample uniformity,pretreatment and HPLC instrument were the main sources of uncertainty and uncertainty evaluation was helpful to promote the accuracy of measurement.关键词
