Research progress of graphene materials in perovskite solar cells
摘要
Abstract
Graphene and its derivatives have unique material structure and photoelectric properties,which can be used as interface modification layer,electron transport layer and hole transport layer in the newly developed perovskite solar cells to improve their performance and stability.In addition,graphene transparent electrode has its special advantage in the application of flexible,semitransparent or tandem perovskite solar cells.In this paper,research progress of graphene and its derivatives in perovskite solar cells are reviewed.Finally,the key points of future research are put forward.关键词
