摘要

Abstract

The alkali metal(Li,Na,K,Rb,Cs),graphene and alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states were discussed by using the theory and method of solid state physics.In addition,the influence of alkali metal substrate materials and adsorption strength on the epitaxial graphene density of states was evaluated.The results indicate that the alkali metal substrate,single-layer graphene and all kinds of alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states curves are symmetrical about energy x=0,but the change is different.Furthermore,the maximum value of alkali metal substrate and alkali metal base epitaxial graphene density of states are increased with increasing atomic number.The stronger the alkali metal substrate adsorbed graphene,the smaller the possibility of large energy electrons appears in graphene and the most probable energy (except for Cs).
