摘要

Abstract

The formulation and batch producing process of'tungsten and manganese'metallized paste used in the BeO highthermal conductivity ceramics were studied.The surface topography of metallization layer was tested by scanning electron microscope.The effects and mechanism of the proportion of activator in the metallized slurry,the highest sintering temperature of metallization and the fineness of the slurry on the surface morphology and bonding strength of the metallization layer were discussed.The test result indicates that the best surface morphology and bonding strength of BeO highthermal conductivity ceramics metallization layer are gotten when the mass fiaction of the activator is 11%,the highest sintering temperature is 1450 ℃ and the fineness of the paste is controlled at 12 μm.
