摘要

Abstract

The tunnel growth behavior of aluminum foil etched under the influence of ultrasound was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy.Under the influence of ultrasound,it is found that the tunnel density increases markedly by 50%~70%,the tunnel size decreases,the surface corrosion of aluminum foil becomes aggravated,and the size distribution of tunnels gets narrower.Furthermore,the tunnel density and surface corrosion improve as the power of ultrasound increases,while the tunnel density and surface corrosion decrease with increasing the distance from vibrator to the foil.
