摘要

Abstract

Supercapacitor based on carbon with the type of 2.7 V/50F was prepared by different compaction ratios of the electrode,using wet coating method.The effect of different compaction ratios on the internal resistance and high rate cycle performance of supercapacitor was studied.The results show that the compaction ratio of carbon electrode has a significant impact on the supercapacitor resistance and electrical properties.With the increase of compaction ratio,the capacitance efficiency of supercapacitor first increases and then decreases,while the internal resistance is opposite.It's worth noting that excessive compaction ratio is not conducive to acquire excellent performance of the supercapacitor.When the compaction ratio is 15%,the first discharge capacitance efficiency is 94.54% and the retention rate of capacitance is 93.1% after 10 000 cycles at 20C,acquiring a supercapacitor with excellent performance.
