摘要

Abstract

LiNi0.66Co0.34O2 lithium-ion battery anode materials were synthesized by solid state reaction in air condition,and the influence of synthesis temperature on the crystal structure and electrochemical performance of synthetic material was characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and charge-discharge studies.The lithium nickel cobalt oxides prepared under different temperatures all have the rhombohedron lattice structure(space group is R-3m).The LiNi0.66Co0.34O2 synthesized at 750 ℃ has a good crystallinity,better layered structure and more uniform particle size.The initial discharge specific capacity of the 750 ℃ prepared sample is 155 mAh/g,and shows excellent cycle performance after five charge-discharge cycles.
