添加UV-B辐射对灌浆期水稻剑叶光合特性及抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Enhanced UV-B Radiation on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Anti-oxidation of Rice Flag Leaves in Filling Stage

Abstract
The UV-B radiation on the surface of plants has been enhanced due to gradual thinning of ozone layer, which has deleterious effects on the growth and development of plants. With japonica rice variety Shennong 265 as an experimental materials, we studied the effects of increasing UV-B radiation on photosynthetic characteristics changes and anti-oxidation of flag leaves at filling stage under the condition of pot-grown rice. Three treatments were conducted as natural light (CK), enhanced UV-B radiation 5% (T1) and enhanced UV-B radiation 10% (T2). With the increase of UV-B radiation, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, ΦPSⅡ, ETR decreased. The content of membrane lipid peroxidation (MDA) increased, and more severe injury on flag leaf cell membrane occurred under T2 treatment, compared with CK, the content of MDA having increased by 34.90%, 23.00% and 19.50% respectively in the 3 measurements. The activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD, CAT, POD, and content of antioxidants AsA and GSH increased at 7days after heading, then significantly decreased compared with those of CK. In addition, the sensitivity of rice flag leaf net photosynthetic rate to UV-B radiation stress was higher than that of photosystem Ⅱ reaction center. Especially in the middle-stage of filling, Pn under T1 and T2 treatments was lower than that of CK by 13.07% and 28.54%. It was concluded that UV-B radiation stress may inhibit the photosynthesis of rice flag leaves by accelerating membrane lipid peroxidation.关键词
