Abstract
Fundamental principles of geographical origin tracing of animal food by mineral fingerprint analysis that based on chemometrics,and correlating domestic and international research progress were reviewed.Shortcoming of the geographical origin tracing strategy and the future practical application possibility were discussed as well.关键词
