Abstract
This paper conducted dialectical an analysis for amending the law on the definition of food in Article 150 in the Food Safety Law,through collecting and gathering materials about definitions of food as well as making a comparative study of food and produce,medicine,health product and other concepts,in the hope of providing theoretical support and reference for the amendment of the Food Safety Law,making the definition of food more accurate,definite,scientific,complete,achieving the seamless connection with relevant laws and covering the scope of the objects which laws need to regulate entirely.关键词
