Effects of Agriculture Planting Structure and Other Factors on Groundwater Overdraft in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the shallow groundwater level and the deep groundwater level of Hebei province separately with econometric method,which was based on the related data about groundwater level and agriculture planting structure of Hebei province in 2001-2014.The results showsed that agricultural planting structure,population,effective irrigation area,the number of shaft and economic development level all had different degree of influences on the over-exploited groundwater in Hebei province.According to the article,in order to control the over-exploited groundwater,we should adjust the agriculture planting structure appropriately to local conditions.In addition,we should develop water-saving agriculture vigorously to improve the utilization rate of water resources.Thirdly,we should control the number of wells,and control the depth of wells properly.Finally,we can develop the economy vigorously and improve the level of economic development.关键词
