摘要

Abstract

This paper adopted the 2015 notification statistics which RASFF,an EU food security system,had released on Chinese exports of fruit and vegetables.Through reason analysis,the author concluded Chinese fruit and vegetable products had not met the RASFF standard in terms of their quality.Therefore,the product quality should be given priorities to and ecological food should be vigorously developed.The key lied in the government,who should clearly define its own responsibilities,drawed useful experiences from RASFF and strived for a ecological food alert system domestically by taking advantage of its compulsive means.
