三维袋四层复合材料热封条件与热封性能的研究

Abstract
To determine the factors affecting the tear strength of three-dimensional bag by four layer Aluminum-plastic composite material,and obtain optimal parameters of affecting tear strength.Firstly,the approximate range of factor value was determined through pre-experiment.Through the single factor experiment of heat sealing,the initial rules of tear strength affected by various factors were determined. We can get the value range of each heat sealing factors.Secondly according to the result of the single factor experiment, response surface experiment was designed.Finally,we use the response surface analysis method to analyze the influences of the heat sealing factors on the tear strength.In the single factor experiment,the influence of heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time on the tear strength was significant,but the heat sealing pressure had little effect on the tear strength.The optimum heat sealing condition is temperature 182.24 ℃,time 1.35 s,pressure 197.20 N .And the tearing strength is 42.2215 N/15 mm at this point.关键词
