Abstract
The cushioning properties of EPS and BC-flute corrugated combination are studied.The mechanical properties of the basic materials and the cushion structure of different thickness and forms were tested with universal material testing machine.(1)The properties of cushioning combination integrated the mechanical characteristics of EPS and BC-flute corrugated board,and can be divided into four stages in the process of flat pressing;(2)There is no obvious difference in the mechanical behavior of the series structure formed by bonding with or without adhesive;(3)In the experiment,the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula describing the effect of EPS and BC-flute corrugated board on the thickness ratio of each layer in the series structure is demonstrated.Some guidance for the design of series cushioning structure and the reduction design of the cushioning package has been provided in the research results of this paper.关键词
