摘要

Abstract

At present, most labels of PET bottles are sticked by the label machines and then shrink-wrapped automaticly to the designated spot through the shrink-wrapping machine. In the process of heat shrinkable sleeves will have many defects, such as no label, high label, low label, offset label, joint label, tag inversion, perforation of the label surface, tag left and right tilt, neck and positive label position deviation, etc. This paper intends to design a container label 360° overall detection system, to achieve a full range of 360° without blind spot detection, but also to achieve a variety of defects in the container cover and labeling process of high accuracy detection.
