摘要

Abstract

The influence of the hydrothermal process on the morphology and sintering behavior of BiA1CaZn glass powder was investigated.The particle size of the sample was analyzed by laser particle size distribution analyzer,and the sintered morphology was explored by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the changes of the amorphous and the valence state of the samples.The results show that the glass fiber particle size is increased with the hydrothermal process,and the hydration protective film is formed on the surface of the glass powder to resist the hydrothermal erosion.After the hydration,the content of silanol group is increased,and the degree of densification of the surface after glass sintering is increased,which provides the idea for densification of glass surface.The raw glass powders exist phase separation after sintering,but the phase is dispersed into the glass matrix and disappears after hydrothermal treatment,which also provides a new method for the inhibition of glass phase separation.
