摘要

Abstract

Four different feeding methods for the production of triterpenes by submerged fed-batch fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum G0119 in a 50 L-fermentor were compared.The results showed that glucose feeding during fermentation could obviously promote the mycelical growth of G.lucidum G0119 and the synthesis of triterpenes,and different feeding methods had different influences on the mycelial dry weight and the concentration of triterpenes in the fermentation broth.The highest mycelical dry weight could be obtained by exponential feeding,as well as high concentration of triterpenes.The results showed that the feeding strategy was the best among all tested ones,giving a myeelial dry weight of 17.68 g/L and a triterpene content of 4.58 g/100 g dry mycelium at the end of fermentation,which were significantly increased by 65.70% and 100.88%,respectively,as compared with fed-batch fermentation.
