Simultaneous determination of maltol and ethyl maltol in seasoning oils by GC-MS/MS

摘要

Abstract

Establish a SPE method for determination of maltol and ethyl maltol by GC-MS/MS in seasoning oils.The sample was dissolved in n-hexane and purified by NH2 solid phase extraction column with acetone as eluent,Rxi-5Sil MS column was used in separating maltol and ethyl maltol with appropriate monitoring ions.The method was evaluated by the recovery,precision,and detection limitats.The results indicated that good linear relationships were found in maltol and ethyl maltol.The recovery rate was 95.2% ~ 107% in the range of 0 ~ 0.5 g/kg,the precision was 0.9% ~ 1.2%,the detection limit was 0.21 ~ 0.35mg/kg.The method was simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used in detecting maltol and ethyl maltol in seasoning oil.
