氮化钒在超级电容器中的应用进展
Application progress of vanadium nitride in supercapacitors
摘要
Abstract
Supercapacitors possess many striking characters,including high specific capacitance,long-term operation stability and rapidly charging and discharging.They also have shown excellent practical values in storage and transition of energy.Many researches were focused on improving the performance of supercapacitors by means of improving electrode materials and optimizing electrode configurations.The results indicate that nano vanadium nitride has higher potential specific capacitance than that of some noble metal oxides,and possesses excellent chemical stability and good electrical conductivity.Therefore,researches on vanadium nitrides as electrode mate-ials of supercapacitors have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,firstly,the classification of the supercapacitors was depicted briefly.Then,the research progress of vanadium nitride electrode material for supercapacitors was reviewed from the synthesis process,the particle morphology and the performance of the electrode.Finally,the development of VN electrode material was also prospected.关键词
