摘要

Abstract

Class E power amplifier is one of the core components of the wireless power transmission (WPT) system,whose theoretical efficiency can reach 100%,so it has a good study prospect.This paper mainly conducted the theoretical analysis,design and modeling of class E power amplifier and simulation used electromagnetic simulation software ADS,meanwhile the best impedance matching by the way of source and load traction.Results show that the max power added efficiency(PAE) and power gain are 91.3% and 17.5 dB respectively between 27 MHz and 29 MHz,which proves the correctness and feasibility of the design.
