Environmental Impacts of Oriented Strand Board Based on Life Cycle Assessment
基于生命周期评价方法,对我国某OSB企业产品的环境影响进行分析,并与欧洲某OSB企业进行对比.结果表明:我国OSB企业消耗的不可再生能源更多,欧洲OSB企业生产偏向使用清洁的天然气能源;两家OSB企业均采用成套连续化生产线,生产中CO2排放量接近;我国企业的OSB产品在其生命周期内,产生的酸化效应、富营养化和全球气候变暖的环境影响值相对较高,臭氧层损耗和光化学烟雾的环境影响值相对较低.
Based on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), environmental impacts of oriented strand board (OSB) produced by a Chinese company and a European company were evaluated, respectively. Results showed that the Chinese OSB products consumed more non-renewable energy resources while the European OSB products consumed much cleaner energy resources like natural gases.
