Research Advancements and Coping Strategies on Hidden Hunger
摘要
Abstract
The concept of hidden hunger has been proposed for several decades.Based on an extensive literature in recent years,the paper carriesd a systematic review of the concept and threatens of hidden hunger,medical examination method,food fortification and biofortification on hidden hunger.In order to cope with hidden hunger,the paper pointed out that we should enhance understanding of the concept,improve the national government,local government and people's living standard,establish a regulatory framework for health checkup,improve diet diversity,and carry out food fortification and biofortification.关键词
