摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzed the present situation of Beijing food market and the preferences and characteristics of residents' food consumption.Based on the analysis,investigations were made among the famous local food enterprises,as the typical subjects.Their commonalities in management were summarized.Considering the reality of politics,economy,environment,resources and culture of Beijing,some advises on management and development were gave for the local well-known food enterprises in Beijing city.
