Abstract
In this paper,the adsorption kinetics and isotherms of total acid and flavonoids in hawthorn fruit juice on D315 weakly basic anion exchange resin were investigated through static adsorption method,and fitted by models.The results showed that the experiment data of total acid and flavonoids on D315 resin at 25 ℃ were best fitted by the Pseudo-second-order kinetics model(R2 > 0.99),indicating this static adsorption was mainly chemical adsorption,and a good regression level of Elovich equation(R2 > 0.95)further confirmed it.Thus,the fitting of W-M model showed that the whole adsorption process was dominated by multi-diflusion including film diffusion and intra-particle diffusion.The comprehensive analysis result of static adsorption isotherm showed the Langmuir isotherm model was more conducive to the fitting of static adsorption data of total acid and flavonoids in hawthorn fruit juice on D315 ion-exchange resin.关键词
