摘要

Abstract

In this study,a new method of preparation high-purity Nisin preparation was researched.The method adopted static adsorption and dynamic desorption of Nisin concentrated solution at a weak acidic ion exchange resin D113.The subsequent production process included salting out,suction filtration,drying and crushing to obtain high-purity Nisin.The results showed that the optimum condition was pH6,adsorption time 90 min,CDesorptionagent =1 mol/L,VHCl/VEtoHl =1.25,desorption rate 1 BV/h,C NaCl =23% in salting out.The potency of Nisin attained through this procedure was 34000 IU/mg,total yield reached 67.45%.The method has bright prospect in industrial application.
