窄叶鲜卑花叶挥发油成分分析
The analysis of chemical composition of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angustata by GS-MS

Abstract
The extraction of volatile oil from leaves of Sibiraea angastata was by steam distillation.The components of volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method.Totally 50 compounds were separated and identified,mostly including:9,12-octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z) (12.85 %),2-pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl (11.4%),octacosane (10.81%),n-hexadecanoic acid (9.22%),tricosane (7.58%),5,9,13-pentadecatrien-2-one,6,10,14-trimethyl-,(E,E) (5.62%),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,diisooctyl ester (3.29%),1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis(2-methylpropyl) ester (3.21%),teradecanoic acid (3.03 %),1,6,10-dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-,(E) (2.14%),dodecanoicacid (2.11%),estradiol;estradiol(1.9%)ect.There were many kinds of Sibiraea angustata leaf volatile oil,fatty acids,alkanes and terpenoids were the main ones.关键词
