采后生防菌肠杆菌Enterobacter cowanii B-6-1发酵培养基优化

Abstract
Enterobacteriaceae has a variety of functions,which including biological control,biodegradation and the promotion of plant growth,so it shows extensive application prospect in agriculture.Experiments in vivo showed that the treatment for Enterobacter cowanii B-6-1 could reduces effectively the incidence of grey mould of postharvest fruit,its antimicrobial activity increased with the increase of its concentration.So the experiment adopted the design of single factor in combination with quadratic general rotary combination,to study the adaptability of the strain on different culture medium formula.At last,the optimization combination of the largest biomass was filtered.In the culture medium for malt powder 2.56%,beef peptone 3.13% and potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.065%,the biomass of Enterobacter cowanii B-6-1 could reach maximum.The optimal formula verified was efficient for optimization effect.It will provide reliable data for design of industrial medium and establishment of fermentation process by Enterobacter cowanii B-6-1.关键词
