乌珠穆沁羊骨骼肌中脂肪酸的组成与相关基因表达量分析
The Analysis of Fatty Acids Composition and Expression of Related Genes of Skeletal Muscle in Ujumqin Sheep

Abstract
Muscle of semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep aged different months were employed in this study.Fatty acids compositions were determined by Gas chromatography and the expression of PPARγ and FAS genes were investigated by Real-time PCR in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep.The results showed that 31 fatty acids were identified in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep.The saturated fatty acids had no significant difference(P>0.05).The monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) were increased from 1 to 6 months.No significant difference (P>0.05) of MUFA were observed in 1-month-aged and 9-month-aged of Ujumqin sheep,also in 3-month-aged and 12-month-aged in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep.The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) at 9 months-aged and 12 months-aged were decreased compared with 6 months-aged in M.semitendinosus of Ujumqin sheep.The content of MUFA and PUFA were seems to be increasing with the growth of Ujumqin sheep.The expression of PPARγ and FAS genes were negatively correlated with the content of saturated fatty acids,monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acid.关键词
