柔性基底印刷叉指电容的阻抗特性研究
Impedance characteristics of interdigital capacitor on flexible substrate
摘要
Abstract
Interdigital capacitor used in high frequency range was prepared by screen printing on flexible PET substrates,in order to reduce production costs of the capacitor.Firstly,designing the structure ofinterdigital capacitor by electromagnetic simulation software.Secondly,researching the process parameters' impact on printed sheet resistance and the type of ink's effect on impedance characteristics of printed interdigital capacitor,in order to determine the most appropriate screen printing process parameters and conductive properties ink.Finally,printing interdigital capacitor of different structure parameters by the above-described ink and process parameters,testing the impedance characteristics,and analyzing the impact of different structure parameters on the printed interdigital capacitor impedance characteristics.The results show that the printed interdigital capacitor impedance characteristics are consistent with the theoretical simulation results.In all structural parameters ofinterdigital capacitor,the length and the number of the finger have larger impact on the impedance characteristic.The printed interdigital capacitor has good impedance characteristics in the range of 100-600 MHz.关键词
