Time-Resolved Fluorescence Technique and Its Application in Food Quality Detection
摘要
Abstract
Time-resolved fluorescence technique is a relatively new technique that has many applications in the field of food quality detection.This review outlines the principle and features of time-resolved fluorescence technique,and pointed out that this technique allows dynamic measurement of fluorescence emission to obtain detailed information.Moreover,its applications in food quality analysis are also summarized and some strategies for its application are put forward for quality analysis of vegetable oil.At last,we conclude with some perspectives on the future application of time-resolved fluorescence technique in the field of food quality detection.关键词
